Mrs. Spring sent rent certified mail anyway. She seriously doesn't seem to have any aptitude for following directions. I am trying to remind myself she is sending money, so why am I complaining?
Oh yea... there is a probable 45 minute wait to pick up certified mail at the post office.

I spoke to Kirby on Friday. He had several showings scheduled for that day. I didn't hear from him since. No news doesn't necessarily mean "bad news." But, somehow in this case I am concerned no news doesn't bode well for getting a renter this weekend.

Speaking of Kirby, he tells me the tenant at Hysteria Lane is finally boxing up her miscellaneous items and leaving. He says she is cleaning the carpets too.
I am betting she doesn't pay her last month's rent, letting the security deposit cover it. When I told Kirby my prediction, he just sighed.
